Complaint procedure

Really sorry that you have a complaint about one of our services. We always try our best to make sure that we are delivering the best opportunities for young people across the UK, Ireland and South Africa. By making this complaint you are helping us to investigate and allowing us to improve our services.

The best way to make a complaint is to fill out the form below and we will try to back to you within 24hrs of your complaint being made. During busy periods the majority of our staff are out delivering so please bare with us during these times.
