ACCREDITED QUALIFICATIONS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
We have worked with Open College Network (OCN) and 1st4Sport to co-produce accredited qualifications aimed at developing young people and supporting them into employment.
OPEN COLLEGE NETWORK LEVEL 1 AWARD IN EMPLOYABILITY AND ENTERPRISE
Aimed at improving key employability skills, such as completing application forms, interviews, oral presentation, communication, and enterprise.
A 3 day course aimed at 14+
1st4sport Level 1 Award in Developing Community Activities for Youth at Risk
A vocational qualification aimed at supporting young volunteers and coaches working in deprived communities. An excellent starting point for those considering a career in youth work or those who are new to community work.
A 2 day course aimed at 14+
Open College Network Level 1 Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
An introduction to working in different communities, understanding and challenging stereotyping and how to promote positive inclusion.
A one day course aimed at 14+

If you have a group of young people that you think would benefit from gaining one of these qualifications, please contact us using the details provided below and we can arrange for one of qualified, DBS checked tutors to come in and deliver the course. Alternatively you can book a tutor training workshop, where we will train your tutors in how to deliver the qualification and provide various materials, resources and ideas.
