ACN have robust quality assurance procedures in place which helps to ensure that all of our courses are delivered to a high standard, providing the maximum benefit to learners and maintaining our high pass rates.

 

These processes include:

Having a qualified Internal Quality Assurance Manager to carry out tutor observations, learner interviews and to sample and assess learners work

Regular External Quality Assurance visits to ensure that we are meeting the standard of work required by the awarding bodies.

Organisational policies and procedures including equality and diversity, safeguarding, data protection and health and safety

Regular tutor meetings to give them the opportunity to come together to share learning and discuss issues they might have had whilst tutoring the courses
